I never imagined that flowers would be the very thing to help me find my way back to myself.
Two years ago, during a time when I was struggling with exhaustion and anxiety, I discovered how much strength I could find in creating with flowers.
As I worked with them, my mind began to get quiet. My attention shifted entirely to their colours, shapes, and natural movements. I became fully immersed in the present moment, leaving everything else behind for a while.
And every time I looked at my creation, I felt a special kind of joy: I had created something beautiful. From my own imagination, with my own hands.
Flowers helped me rediscover a sense of calm, joy, and confidence in my own abilities.
What I discovered for myself through flowers, I now wish to share with other women.
This is how The Art of Conscious Creation was born.
More Than a Floral Design Workshop
Through my workshops, I want to create a space where you can leave everyday life behind, slow down, and reconnect with your own creativity and intuition.
Drawing on my background in architecture, interior design, and floral design, I will guide you through the fundamentals of floral composition. I will introduce you to the principles of form, colour, and proportion, offering inspiration and guidance for your own creation.
From there, you are invited to experiment, follow your intuition, and create something that carries your unique personal signature.
There is no predetermined outcome, no comparison, and no right or wrong.
Flowers become your medium of self-expression. You are free to explore, experiment, and discover the creative potential that lies within you.
My wish is that you leave not only with a beautiful floral creation, but also with the feeling that you have reconnected with yourself.
A Creative Escape That Stays With You
Our floral journey of self-discovery takes place once a month, or twice a month depending on demand, in small, intimate groups.
Each gathering is a new invitation to make time for yourself, trust your intuition, and explore your creativity.
As a little reminder, you will receive a personal inspiration card to accompany you in your everyday life, even after the workshop has ended.
Whether you are looking for a regular moment of self-care, a special experience with friends, or a thoughtful gift for someone you love, you are warmly welcome.
I also create bespoke floral design workshops for corporate team-building events, company gatherings, birthdays, bridal showers, and private celebrations, combining creativity, relaxation, and meaningful shared experiences.
Our journey begins in October with individual autumn wreaths. In November and December, we will continue with seasonal floral creations and festive Christmas decorations.
No previous experience is needed. Just a little curiosity and the joy of trying something new.
